Currently T4 Company is authorized and licensed to provide demolition and ASB certified.  We service the San Francisco Bay Area and currently work with WCI-GC, South Bay Construction and NOVO construction.

We work with high-quality, pre-construction service companies and commercial construction contractors working on corporate tenant improvement jobs, and hospital and lab remodel projects.  Additionally we work with any medical waste clean up utilizing our 500 cfm vacuum and high pressure water pump.

We will rent any equipment needed to effectively complete the job.
