Hilario is responsible for estimating, managing projects and working with contractors to ensure the job is completed on time and within budget.
Prior to his work with T4 Company, Hilario was general manager and safety supervisor with Alarcon Bohm, Oakland, CA where he handled projects concerned with the identification, removal and disposal of hazardous building materials (asbestos, lead-based paint, mold, mercury, PCBs, contaminated soil, etc). He was responsible for determining the means and methods for carrying out demolition and abatement projects.
Hilario also implemented Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans including construction activities description, scheduling, control of non-storm water discharges, site pollution sources, and implementation of best managing practices.

Renovated the entire school in a limited amount of time using a Brokk (remote controlled mini excavator) with custom built attachments to demolish lead painted plaster walls.
