Rachel is T4’s estimator and assistant project manager. She manages and trains the junior estimators, has established standardized training program for new estimators and creates job start packages and schedules.
Prior to her work at T4 Company, Rachael was an estimator with Alarcon Bohm, Oakland, CA. Her work also includes reviewing the scope of work with foreman to prepare for job starts and performing quantity takeoffs on plans to determine scope of work. She conducts site visits to answer questions in the field and verify production rates. Rachael has set up database in On Screen Takeoff Software.
Rachael also worked as an assistant designer with Degenkolb, Oakland, CA designed gravity framing for an 11 story hospital structure. She is also proficient in carrying out beam calculations using RISA and RAMSBEAM.
Educated at Cornell University, Rachael holds a Masters of Engineering in Structural Engineering and a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering
